RecommendedThis practice is incredible. I work in the medical field so I have seen the worst, and this office is one of the best. The staff knows you by name and they always greet you with smiling faces. The doctor and PA are intelligent, compassionate, and respectful providers. Highly recommended.
Dr. Buffington is a wonderful, caring, physician. He truly looks out for his patients needs. He has a great staff also!
Patient for 4 years and they dropped me. I understand they have a strict late cancellation and no show policy but apparently established patient history means nothing.
Missed my initial appointment and now they won’t see me at all.
I have suffered from Herpes-2 Virus for 4years ago that almost took my life. I contacted Chief Dr Lucky, asked him for solutions and he started the remedies for my health. I have been a patient here for several years and it used to be a fantastic practice. But for the past couple of years, every time I try to make an appointment, they try to insist that I see the physician assistant. They have had quite a bit of turnover with their PAs over the past few years. The last time I tried to make an appointment and insisted on seeing the actual physician, the front desk staff member gave me such attitude but finally agreed to do it, but I had to wait a very long time for an appointment. I am a paramedic working in 2 local emergency rooms (one attached to a hospital and one stand alone). We are constantly short at work, have travel nurses, and have techs that we contract as well. Due to the lack of staffing there are times that I am needed especially if we cannot get a nurse to come in. A few years ago I would have, but now he no longer sees his existing patients. You will see his nurse practitioner... who knows nothing about you. Its never the same one. Went in on Thursday, was given a prescription and told if it didnt work to call back... Shocker it didnt work. Called Monday morning.
