The whole staff has been nothing but amazing!!! Been looking to get my son assessed for Autism for years. So thankful we ended up at Kids 0 to 18, Jenny at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Josh the medical assistant is friendly and cheerful, Jonathan the NP is beyond wonderful in helping us through this process. Love the staff so much we are switching to them for my son’s primary care also. I will be happy to drive 30 to 40 minutes for the quality of care they provide in a safe and welcoming environment.
We were in a really desperate situation and struggling to find behavioral health care for our kids that accepted our insurance and didn’t have a long waitlist. We are beyond grateful for the entire team at Kids 0–18. They were able to get our children in quickly and immediately began thorough assessments and evaluations to truly understand what was going on. I cannot rave enough about this practice! I switched from a MultiCare practice to this clinic when my daughter was 4 months old. After over billing, my daughter’s GERD not taken seriously, multiple urgent care visits, appointment availability several weeks out, and MyChart messages seldomly replied to, I found myself SO THANKFUL to find this team. the most amazing and helpful team!! I absolutely love this doctors office and all of the staff here. Everyone at this office genuinely cares about you, your children and any concerns you may have. Johnathan took the time to not only listen to our concerns, but took time to listen to our son, and meet us exactly where we needed help.
