Bad experience, Bad business , it was fine at first when tiny home was purchased then after they received their money any problems were apparently not their problem , the home had so many issues with it when delivered , it was a absolute nightmare , They already tried to use our warranty on a new home that was delivered this way , it actually took us calling the main warehouse to get answers and get help , Larson tiny home would not help , gave us the run around , blocked our text messages no communication at all , and we p... read more
My wife contacted Larson Homes and got ahold of them one time initially. They sent over a standard email thanking us for reaching out and provided a basic summary of what they offer. As we had more questions and wanted more details to start the purchase of a home, she could never get ahold of them.
