Just met with Tommy and Christy and had the best experience. They made it fun and easy. We just purchased our home from them. Tommy has been so responsive throughout this process - we've been communicating via email for over 6 months. We could have purchased from another dealer which would have been closer but he was so helpful and personable, couldn't imagine working with anyone else
I had the opportunity to see the newest model home on site and it is amazing. The sales person even stayed late to help other customers.
Unfortunately it was not a good experience. Lots of over promising but under delivering. I often had to initiate contact to find out where things were. Multiple contacts were made to only find out they were waiting on a call back. Still would need to recontact to find out if they had an answer. The Champion product I puchased is excellent.
