I have been enjoying my Optec sign now for a few years. Would highly recommend this product along with everyone I have had to deal with. They have been spot on with excellent service ! I have had optic signs since around 2008. Since then I have purchased 4 more double sided signs. They are durable and last. Until now I have been very pleased until I had an SI-12 controller go bad and they want to charge me $2,500 for a replacement. The controller itself list for around $300-$400 on-line. Optec must program with their proprietary software. $2,000 to download software which I assumed I purchased the rights to when I purchased the sign seems ridiculous.
