I really liked Dr. B. However, every time I deal with the staff it's total incompetency. They have very poor people skills and 0 common sense. Its very unfortunate because I really liked the Dr. I asked to recieve a call from the Dr. at his earliest convenience and was told no that he wouldnt speak to me. Im sure that he didnt know that I wanted to speak with him because I don't believe he would treat his client like that . So back to hunt another Dr.

three weeks ago my husband and I were hit by a drunk driver and Dr. Buffington's office refused to see us. We have been there for 6 years and they didn't even have me on file? When we showed up for a scheduled appt. they refused to see us. Dr. Buffington was there but would not see us. If he had just explained the situation to us it would have been fine. We really felt like a number ot of 6000. What a shame..We will be going elsewhere..

Since the Dr's wife has taken over running the office it has became awful. From her firing his great staff to now firing his clients! Keep in mind this was my family doctor for 7 years
